@bardic_lady I do tend to cook with that flair. I could do a cranberry curry chutney, but I don't know if the other people would like it.

@bardic_lady a relish is another idea i'm thinking about. Maybe a cranberry jalapeno relish. Or cranberry serrano relish.

First thought. A cranberry habanero mustard. I think that would still count as a cranberry sauce.
