@ICICIBank_Care @ICICIBank Quite frustrated - I couldn't do the KYC on the app, as it said to talk to the branch. I waited for over an hour (twice) at your Viman Nagar branch only to be told to reach out to CS email. The email responded, saying to reach out via the local branch.
