@BlueJaysDad I’m no specialist, but like most commenters here, I love the Jays and Vladdy too. I tend to lean on MENTAL STRESS…we all have families and we all juggle it..this may be growing pains. He knows how to play baseball from every aspect. My guess is it’s very close to home.🤔

@Oxandrolonely @bigfatsurprise There is a problem with keto diets. Most lean to hard on dairy which is not only carb rich they create an enormous amount of inflammation.
