@nytimes I've been locked out of my subscription suddenly after years cause i'm a fast reader, apparently, and there's not captcha or any way to prove I'm a bot. What's up with that? I can pay for my subscription, but not actually USE it?

@pookerella @FedEx I haven't updated either. I'm still on 17.7. I don't even have an offer on my phone to update to 18, maybe because I have an SE. There IS an update to 17.7.1, maybe I'll try that.

@eventbritehelp got an email about event I supposedly made, realized somebody has used my email address to make an account, & had even put up an event. Since anyone can login simply by entering an email & saying send me an email to login , I deleted it, but there's no way to delete the account.

@Instacart I live in Virginia and the option to be able to tip a shopper when placing my order is MISSING. I don't live in one of the places where it's against the law (Canada). Your drivers are angry, and your customers are confused. This needs to be fixed

@HarrisTeeter They lost more and more staff over the last year, until finally literally everyone left. Yesterday they were able to open the afternoon but only because they pulled in pharmacist and techs from around the state! They told me there was no guarantee anybody would be there today.

@HarrisTeeter You currently have ZERO pharmacists working at the pharmacy at your Harris Teeter in Crozet Virginia. I called customer service cause I couldn't get thru to the pharmacy, & was informed. How are we supposed to get our meds filled??

@CenturyLink The new "categories" in the email is an unholy mess. I have to go searching through multiple mailboxes to find my mail. there needs to be a way to turn it off system wide. "remove a category" via webmail is missing on some emails entirely. You've broken my email entirely.

@gobrightspeed @predirecttrades Supposedly fixed outage isn'tfixed. Internet is on/off, on/off. I DMed you, you couldn't do a dang thing for me, to reach technical support as a joke, because you can never get through to a live person. It's not just me, but my entire area

@gobrightspeed Supposedly the outage has been fixed, but everyone in my area is still having problems. Internet will work for a few minutes, then stop again. All day long it's been constantly doing this and it is affecting everyone in my neighborhood
