Every day people I know who are authentic are getting ganked. Account Suspended, Account Suspended, Account Suspended.

And these are VERIFIED accounts...

Insanity

They are suspending people for inauthentic activity even though it’s incorrect

Zero warnings: People losing 10-15 year old accounts overnight for no reason.
Ghost emails: Getting a "reinstated" email, but the account is still locked.
Dead ends: Told to "follow on-screen instructions" to fix it, but the screen is blank.

From suspension to support, the whole customer journey is an absolute joke. And nobody over there seems to care...
