It's disappointing that @Airtel_Presence promised to fixed my wifi speed (100 mbps plan) and still getting these speeds. No technician, technical team helped me throughout the process, just vague promises. This issue should have been resolved by 17th. Don't have technician or not

Alright as there was no response and it was promised the issue will be resolved before 3 PM by @airtelindia . Which has not been resolved. I will be buying Jio Fiber instead. 100mbps plan and this is the speed. Wow!

Hi @airtelindia, its been almost 9 days since I am facing wifi issue and has not yet been resolved. For a 100mbps plan, I am getting a speed of 7 to 24 mbps which is not acceptable. I will switch to Jio Fiber and won't pay the upcoming bill if not resolved by 3pm today as per CSE
