We exist to change the odds stacked against Black people by embedding race equity into systemic change so that thriving is not the exception but the norm.
✨ We’re launching Scaling Systems Change!
This five-year programme, supported by £5 million from The National Lottery Community Fund (@TNLComFund), will tackle systemic racism and transform systems with and for Black communities across Lambeth, Haringey, Birmingham and nationally.
💡 Together, we’ll build sustainable change.
🙏 Thanks to National Lottery players for making this possible.

Black Thrive was at the Black Health Inequalities Summit last week — connecting with organisations and people who are all working to shift the reality of health inequalities facing Black communities.
It was a space for honest conversations, shared experiences, and real thinking about what needs to change. From mental health to access to care and everything in between.
Good to be in the room with others who are pushing for the same thing: better, fairer health outcomes for our communities.

Culture of Care has officially come to a close 🎉
We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who contributed to this journey. What began as a programme has grown into a shared commitment to embedding care, equity, and reflection across our work 💛
Over the past months, we’ve created space for learning, honest conversations, and collective growth, all rooted in our mission to support better mental health outcomes for Black communities.
We marked the programme’s completion in March with a celebration, bringing people together as the community we’ve built along the way ❤️
The programme may have ended, but the work, and the culture of care, continues.
Angel Town was full of Easter cheer on 4 April as families came together for the return of our Easter Egg Giveaway.
Children enjoyed Easter eggs, smiles, and a fun afternoon in a safe, welcoming community space, while neighbours connected and shared in the spirit of the season. Events like this are all about bringing people together and creating moments of joy right here in the heart of the community.
A big thank you to everyone who came along and helped make the day such a positive one 💛
