Congratulations to Bonnie McLaughlin in 2nd year who won the United in Diversity Junior Cycle Competition ran by Waterford Integration Services, Europe Direct Waterford and Waterford Libraries. Bonnie was presented with a prize by Mayor Seamus Ryan today in Waterford.
