Go forth and purchase this magnificent collection!
Why?
1. It is so good you'll wish to peel your own skin and turn it into crackling to consume whilst reading (that could have made a good story!)
2. I'm biased because my story "Cycle of Roots" features.
3. Charity 💗

I love the Christmas ghost story! Man-size in marble is a brilliant story and Laura's fear of having to wash dishes is something we all share as adults 😜
Skeleton Crew!

It's been a while since my last #thirstytypingthursday had a lot of plague, family time and so forth. But back in the pub and finished the first draft of a raving short story "words in my flesh". Which is a first person raving from a possessed serial killer on death row.
Dialogue between a witch and monks who have taken vows of silence is, unsurprisingly, one-sided and lacking in tension *backs quickly out of this corner I've written myself in to"
I found my inspiration for the next short story in this image, although the actual story bears no relationship beyond a single detail firing the imagination.
Not a bad evening! Plan and 600 words started on the new short story - Resonance.
It's #thirstytypingthursday which is my just now coined phrase where I go to the pub on a Thursday night and write the drafts of short stories.
But I just submitted a story 😱 so I've got 4 hours to come up with inspiration. Help me #writingcommunity 🦖
First draft of my latest short story clocks in at 1800 words. Time to flesh out those early paragraphs which are definitely not as good as the latter.
New Chromebook arriving tomorrow, so I won't have to edit in my office and can relax on the sofa!

@Kizzia30 I've spent all morning turning mine into pulp for future jam - easier to store in this prepared state. But the bush has tonnes left on it so will try this recipe out ☺️
