Speculation is the reason for market volatility same now as it was in 2008 and they would have you believe it's necessary because the system relies on you believing it. Truth is there's plenty of houses they are just all investments now and they want that 300% roi.
People made fun of him and said it wasn’t possible. People made us believe it would send China into a depression and recession. We’ve been lied to, and the people who lied to us want us to believe it’s normal to spend your whole life’s savings and the rest of your life’s salary on a house.
The corporate geniuses at @BestBuy took away physical media but didn't replace it with anything. They greatly reduced foot traffic and lost repeat business. If you don't sell some cheaper products you won't get as many eyes on medium and large sale items. Counterintuitive.

Sweeney also said Epic wants to work with Valve in the future, explaining, “We would love to interoperate with every company willing and to connect all the gamers.”

The EU used to recommend that Asian countries stop using air conditioners for the sake of the environment, probably because their own countries were cool and comfortable. Now that Europe is getting temperatures like Asia, they’re suddenly rushing to buy air conditioner. The EU never fails to provide us with comedy. 😹🫵🏻

"We maintain salaries at an appropriate level. We believe it is important to ensure that compensation remains at an appropriate standard."
I don't know at what point they decided joy and fun was bad but that's what's missing. Nothing has personality. Everything is formulated derivative and minimal. What's missing is the loud personality of shit in the 90s.
HEAR ME OUT:
We make new "Amish" towns, but instead of 18th century stuff, it's just the 90's forever.
We'll have Blockbuster and Pizza Hut, and no social media (but you can use AOL instant messenger).
A Zelda fan has abandoned an Ocarina of Time remake they spent 10 years working on after Nintendo announced its own version
The creator said he didn't want to "step on" Nintendo's project despite a decade of development
I'LL SAY IT AGAIN:
IT SHOULD BE ILLEGAL to charge a "convenience fee" for paying a bill online. The convenience is for the company. The fee is for you.
