I can't wait to see the threads get pulled on who benefited from this entire sham. There's so much chaos with this; there must have been hard lobbying with bigger interests and stakes involved than saving the environment. Who got the contract for the machines? Who benefits from smaller beer import companies leaving the market? Why did such a flawed concept even get past the first think tank session? What was the real agenda behind the scenes? Somebody has made a nice few quid, and others will make more. It's a total and utter sham, and it will come out in the wash.
