I want to renew insurance for my vehicle,but my MO officer,Mr.Karanjkar is not responding.I’ve been taking followup of Mr.Karanjkar since 15Oct,but till today he hasn’t renewed my insurance.I’ve escalated this issue to DM Mr.Gabale but Mr.Karanjkar does not respond to him either.
