If men are dishonest about their intentions in order to get sex with any frequency, and if women are expected to filter out men who are dishonest by withholding sex from them, then the most logical course of action for a woman who wants sex is to only have sex with men she does not want to date while she dates men she withholds sex from until they have proven themselves.

The only problem with this is it precludes sexual compatibility testing in the early dating phase and wastes a lot of time. It is also more complicated logistically as dates must be arranged with both the sex man and the romantic interest. It is better to get sex from and date the same person.
