It's so unfortunate that an average Nigerian without connections hardly stands a chance of getting a federal job, especially in the @CDCFIBNG recruitment process.
We wrote an online examination, yet the results were never made available to candidates. Instead, we were simply told to check whether we had been shortlisted or not. If an examination was conducted, shouldn't applicants at least be able to see their scores and performance?
It is painful to see qualified, educated, and skilled individuals repeatedly denied opportunities while transparency remains lacking. Many deserving candidates are left wondering whether merit truly counts.
Honestly, it hurts that neither I nor any of my siblings made the shortlist despite meeting the requirements. The entire process has left many Nigerians disappointed and discouraged.
A system that fails to inspire confidence in its people needs serious improvement. 💔🇳🇬
@OgodoSandra@nurse_torera Let her know that, if you cannot advise her, then your funds won't be necessary too because you are doing what you are doing to see her excel.
Since she's old enough to live her life, she is also old enough to take care of herself. Simple
