That’s not the same as American citizens or documented immigrants, who can be billed and are paying into the system with taxes like the rest of us. When illegals use the ER, those costs get shifted straight onto taxpayers.

What’s not fair is premiums going up because we’re covering free ER visits for illegals while familiespay the difference.

My husband’s company doesn’t subsidize like that, so our cost is $1200. Same insurer, different deal

@RobertJobes @atensnut Illegals DO get taxpayer-funded Emergency Medicaid (ER, childbirth, etc.), and Democrats keep pushing for more. Republicans say no. If you’re not here legally, we shouldn’t be footing the bill while Americans are stuck with $1,200+ unsubsidized premiums.
