Refund issued March 15. Still nothing in my account. I’ve contacted @Priceline @AlaskaAir and @Citibank and no one can give me a clear answer or solution. How is it acceptable for customers to be stuck without their money like this? I’ve been a Citibank customer for YEARS smh

@AskCiti I already contacted the merchant. They confirmed the refund was issued on March 15. I’ve also filed a dispute with Citi. I’m being told to wait up to 120 days while I’m still without my funds. How is there no way to trace a refund that was already processed?

@priceline I was told my refund was processed 3/15/26 but Alaska Airlines confirmed you @Priceline voided the ticket and never issued the refund. I need this escalated ASAP. Everyone at @priceline has been giving me the run around (lying) - I will NEVER book with you guys again
