We went from Houston to Denver, final destination was Honolulu. After being on tarmac for 4 hours, they take us out and lack of assistance created chaos @united.
We were sent back from DEN to IAH to go to HNL. 28 hrs later still not in HNL.

DO NOT FLY WITH @united Worst airline!! Twice in a year they have major issues that stranded thousands of us. No agents to assist you at airport, all had to be done via the app. Day of rebooked flights, Agents not prioritizing stranded passengers.
