Btw Liverpool in their rebuild signed Firmino who no one had heard of and a Chelsea flop who is a legend now for Liverpool. And I’m suppose to sympathize with “fans” that want United to splash money. Yeah, no these are not “fans”. They’re just negativity chasers. #mufc
PSG paid lots of money for Neymar and Mbappe. They eventually learned their lesson and changed their transfer approach by not overpaying and it’s paying off. Last season spurs signed Kudus and Simons, well they still finished 17th. United fans on here need to stfu. #mufc
If Tonali and Fernandes were worth their price tag. Top teams like Madrid, City, PSG would’ve tried to sign them. They know these two are not worth the price tag. So why tf are United getting crucified for not paying up. Spurs have had their pants pulled down. #mufc
“Ambition” this what most United fans want the board to do. Overpay 😂😂😂. Newcastle are probably laughing at whoever decided to spend £100 million on Tonali. #mufc
🚨 EXCLUSIVE: Tottenham Hotspur reach agreement with Newcastle United to sign Sandro Tonali. Deal for 26yo Italy international to join #THFC from #NUFC £92.5m + £7.5m in potential add-ons based around multiple Champions League qualifications @TheAthleticFC https://t.co/dWEZtjFzFK
@SuhailChowdhary This is not factually accurate, we don't need to lie out of frustration.
Mateus Fernandes getting 250k.
Mason Mount earning 200k.
The previous regime at the club were wrong to give Mount that & the current regime were right not to give Fernandes that. Both are silly money.
The same club owners who signed Mbeumo, Lammens, Sesko, Heaven and Cunha don’t know what they are doing because they refuse to dropped £85m and £250000 per week for Mateus Fernandes???
Villa and Newcastle hit with fines related to financial breaches, yet still NOTHING on the 115 Man City charges whilst they're casually dropping £116M on one player 👍
We’ve seen this before. The same accounts praised INEOS for passing on Delap, now they’re calling them incompetent. $ 100m+ for a player whose last two clubs were relegated is a huge gamble. Sad to see criticism posted purely for social media clicks.
“We need players that want to come to United”
that’s what Bruno would say over and over again, u don’t give us priority then go to the club u want.
People fail to see that’s not about money, we paid 70 for mbeumo because he clearly said he wanted us , we paid 70+ for Sesko because he wanted us and we could have paid 85 for Fernandes if he wanted us.
#MUFC
Please let’s be clear.
I do not want Rashford back at United but you cannot say he isn’t better than all those LW options going for £100m and over.

I'm seeing the crash out from Manchester United fans on the timeline, and I can't lie, it's quite funny.
We didn't lose the transfer race to Tottenham because the player preferred them. We stepped away because they were willing to pay significantly more, both to the player and to his club.
If Mateus Fernandes chooses Tottenham because of the financial package, that's his decision. If Manchester United wasn't his priority, then so be it. No player is bigger than the club.
Congratulations to Tottenham. They've signed a very talented player with huge potential. But I wouldn't be celebrating if Manchester United had bent over backwards to meet West Ham's demands.
€100 million (around £86 million) is a massive fee. We didn't pay that for Benjamin Šeško, Matheus Cunha, or Bryan Mbeumo, so why should we spend it on a 21-year-old who has been relegated from the Premier League in consecutive seasons?
That's how clubs end up with players on inflated wages who become difficult to move on if things don't work out. Then the media spends years farming engagement with endless comparisons.
There are still quality players available. Aurélien Tchouaméni, Alex Scott, and others remain realistic targets.
People should remember the Alexis Sánchez situation. We beat Manchester City by offering bigger wages after they refused to match our offer. We all know how that turned out.
Tottenham have signed a good player. Fair play to them.
But let's stop pretending Manchester United were "rejected." We simply chose not to overpay.
Peace.
Spurs didn’t “win the race” to sign Fernandes.
Thats what the media wants you to think because it gets clicks & attracts waaaaay more attention than the truth… which is that Man United DON’T want players who aren’t 100% committed to the cause so they opted out
