In Vande Bharat, phulkas packed in plastic are being microwaved and given to passengers. They are IRCTC branded. @IRCTCofficial

Firstly, the food is packaged. Then it is incorrectly heated. Won't plastic melt? Who will pay for the health of the passengers?

Can we please send an immediate communication to all the teams to be more mindful. Thanks to @bansalavani ji for bringing this out. Don't penalise the serving team. Educate them please.

This can be very dangerous for the people consuming this.

I want this post to reach everyone so that we are all aware.
