Did you spot a helicopter flying over the Otay Mountain Wilderness or Sycamore Canyon recently? 🚁 The BLM, working with U.S. Border Patrol, carried out an aerial cleanup to remove about 2,100 pounds of trash and debris from steep, hard‑to‑reach areas on Otay Mountain.
