New money , £15m will own 34% , existing shareholders will own 38% equating to £16.76 m which, with 1.23b shares in issue, equates to 1.36p….currently trading at .5p….roll on the GM…💪

Embarrassed about my mistake, I have just run the #MNRG numbers in more detail.

I have come up with 1.745p minimum target price, if chairman wants to stick by his word (which was reiterated in the RNS only yesterday!).

An acknowledgement that I've missed out fee shares - which will only drive up the minimum placing price further.
