Charger got blasted with boom sound and went flying away in just second use. i was fortunate enough that it did not hit my face as went to pick some item for behind as i kept the kata on front counter
it has such small transformer and capacitor for the load weighing kata have. i was tried to get resolution from your app as still in under return policy but it just placed new order. i have no issue with the kata specific but if seller can send other charger but of heavy duty

@Olacabs Booked parcel, it delievered 3 hours later the estimated time. I selected amzpay where in just verified it prior booking but when parcel came the payment optiin was not shown in the app, driver demanded cash and to accept parcel i have already made the payment in upi

@amazonIN Order 406-0362884-8052327, ordered ESR Geo Ipad Pencil, facing issue with the battery drain, have to charge multiple times in a day that too on very light use. Replacement option is showing on your site but i cant make it through
As per amazon product is still in replacable window otherwise this option should not show there. I would reuest you to help me to get the product replaced otherwise this is just waste of money for me if i cant use it thoroughly
had a word with CC agent Mr Raja on a call for 20 min having 50% hold time, he denied saying visit service center, if i have the time why would i have ordered online and i dont usually place replacement or refund because of time constraint as you can check in my order history

It has defective armrest, if try to push upward, it just comes out of its place and neither locks at any position,ย just keep falling down, not getting proper response over cc. DM you contact and video proof
@AmazonHelp Hope you resolve it asap as its the same reason i have taken all the video proof and connected timely. If not resolved will sirely take it forward to consumer court with recordings of your agent where in special team executive shivani disconneced my call
@amazonIN Your customer support keep disconnecting call without proper response. You are allowing seller to send defective products and not taking any action against theme for mishap. Being a prime member this is what i am getting in returm that too for premium chair.Proof video shared too
