Many Blockchain Ecosystem/Foundation invest heavily in developing meme ecosystems, but there's still much debate about whether it's effective and how to do it properly.

Recently, BSC has had to rely on developing its meme ecosystem to drive the overall growth of its on-chain environment.

Specifically, on the Feb 17th, BSC announced a liquidity incentive of $4.4 million for meme tokens. Many can feel the determination behind their efforts to build a meme ecosystem, as management, ecological construction, infrastructure, and community engagement are all focused on this development. They've launched a series of support measures:

1. Liquidity incentive plans (financial investment)
2. Ecological partnerships (encouraging ecosystem investment)
3. Infrastructure development (making infrastructure more suitable for meme transactions)

Today, I will present three indicators to showcase their achievements. This serves two purposes: to inform everyone about the results of BSC's meme ecosystem and to show other ecosystems the potential effects of this approach. The article is divided into three sections:

1. Important development timeline of BSC from early February to March 11
2. Observing the results of BSC's meme ecosystem development from three dimensions
3. Summary & development suggestions

- March 7: $4.4 million liquidity support distributed to leading meme tokens; Pascal hard fork introduced gas abstraction, smart contract wallets, bundled transactions, etc.

- March 10: BNB Chain announces the second round of liquidity support plans

Web3 彻底从长视频时代走向短视频时代

“infofi最大的贡献是解决了腰部KOL 无法触及顶流项目KOL轮/合作的痛点。”

上个cycle出现的主流产品虽然在市场的mindshare占领高位，但是这不影响后续的产品基于他们的痛点进行迭代。比如基于Vemodel的emission rate、vesting各种调整。产品不具备绝对的壁垒，还是可以通过一定程度的吸血鬼攻击引流。

但这次周期里面，顶级产品的mindshare 在infofi出现后进一步拉高，腰部产品即便在一些痛点迭代，也没办法引流。

给几个问题大家就比较好判断，这个周期到底哪变了：
1. 多久没看媒体的项目研报
2.多久没看captable上车
3. 多久刷一次inner circle KOL

如果跟我的情况一样，那结论可能会是：

> 市场打法也不像上个周期一样，大家不再靠VC站台、媒体分发内容、KOL矩阵三合一形成的共识，而是绝大部分情况下强依赖于KOL矩阵形成的内容创作&分发。

> 买盘获取信息的地方也越来越聚集，并且每个KOL也会进一步形成私域流量。

> 比起信息的可靠性，更重要是信息的及时性

短视频也是这样革长视频的命。

> 主播走向流量为王的内容创作，吸引眼球更为重要

> 顶流主播的私域流量忠诚度越来越强

> 人们停留在短视频更长

我们怎么应对市场迭代，我对未来的预估是：

> 短视频的时代虽然来了，但是长视频不会死，优质的长视频依旧会生存，但这个会越来越困难。

> 短剧的模式也会诞生。在Web3语境下就是，一些我们熟知的业务场景，也会因此走向短平快的节奏。我相信infofi就是其中一个很好的例子。

infofi最大的贡献是解决了腰部KOL 无法触及顶流项目KOL轮/合作的痛点。

正如短剧产业盘活了腰部演员参与拍戏，并且得到关注的问题。

商业的本质是可以相似的，我们依旧能够在传统领域继续迭代我们的产品，这也是我相信为什么创新永远都会在。

- On February 6, CZ responded to TST.
- On February 9, Binance announced the launch of TST.
- On February 11, CZ announced on Twitter that "BNB Chain has been imprisoned for too long, it's time to untie the shackles."
- On February 12, the target areas for BNB Chain build in 2025 were released.
- On February 13, CZ announced that the dog's photo & name would be sent out in three hours.
- On February 15, BNB Chain was improved to ensure that high bids transactions can be packaged.
- On February 17, an article was published to educate users on how to avoid malicious MEV; the meme liquidity plan was announced.
- On February 19, the meme liquidity plan Day 1 was announced as the first place.
- On February 20, the meme liquidity plan Day 2 was announced as the first place.

solana不是没有mempool么？怎么还有mev —— 一文解释Ethereum和solana上mev基建的差异

想象以太坊和Solana都是快递公司，MEV就是快递员在打包包裹时偷偷调换包裹顺序赚外快的行为。但两家公司的"打包车间"运作方式完全不同。

以太坊的快递车间（传统MEV）：
1. 有公开的"待处理包裹架"（内存池）：所有人的包裹都会先放在公共架子上等快递员处理，谁都能看到��人寄了什么。
2. 定时发车（固定出块时间）：每12秒发一辆快递车，快递员可以慢慢翻看架子上的包裹，把最赚钱的包裹优先装车（比如看到有人要高价买某商品，自己先买再转卖）。
3. 专业分赃机制（MEV-Boost）：快递员把"调包权"拍卖给专业黄牛（区块构建者），黄牛们用复杂算法找出最赚钱的调包方案。

Solana的快递车间：
1. 没有公共货架（无内存池）：包裹一送来就直接进传送带处理，像24小时运转的智能流水线。
2. 极���发车（400毫秒出块）：流水线每秒处理上千包裹，快递员根本没时间翻看包裹（但有人发现传送带拐弯处能偷看几毫秒）。
3. 特种快递员Jito：开发了VIP通道（协议外内存池），让包裹在侧边暂存200毫秒，黄牛们可以竞拍这个"偷看+插队"的特权。但后来大部分快递员觉得这个VIP通道让客户体验变差（三明治攻击），主动拆除了这个装置。

关键差异解释：
1. 抢跑难度不同：在以太坊的公共货架前，黄牛们能慢慢策划抢跑。而Solana的流水线太快，只能靠物理手段（把服务器搬到机房隔壁）抢那几毫秒的优势。
2. 作恶成本不同：Solana手续费便宜到忽略不计（发1万次垃圾交易成本≈1元），导致60%的失败套利交易也能赚钱。就像在超市收银台前不断插队试探，反正被赶走也不��。
3. 技术结构不同：以太坊的MEV-Boost是让专业团队承包整个货车的装车权，而Jito更像是给每个包裹贴竞价标签，快递员边装车边收小费。

关于Jito的特殊点：
- 它像给流水线加了"慢动作摄像头"，专门捕捉那些转瞬即逝的套利机会
- 但不像MEV-Boost承包整辆车，只拍卖部分货箱的优先装载权
- 最终快递员们达成共识：宁可少赚夹心饼干攻击的黑心钱（三明治攻击），也要维护Solana"天下武功唯快不破"的招牌

现状就像：
- 以太坊是允许黄牛存在的古董拍卖行（公开透明的MEV生态）
- Solana更像是禁止代排队的网红奶茶店（理论上更公平，但有人偷偷翻墙看后厨）
- 而Jito就是那个帮人翻墙的梯子商，现在被奶茶店股东们集体抵制了

这种设计让Solana上的MEV更像"闪电战"，拼的���物理距离（服务器位置）和反应速度，而不是以太坊上那种需要复杂策略的"谋略战"。但这也带来了新的问题：当50%的交易都是失败套利时，就像快递车间里总是有无数人在胡乱插队，虽然单次成本低，但整体效率受影响。

Web3小白如何在一个月内进圈 （二）

本篇主要介绍目的是赚钱&创业的朋友们可以怎么做？

赚钱达人

不建议做的：

⁃随便人云亦云去做交易；别信所谓的内幕，除非自己是内幕本身。

⁃低估交易安全问题。

⁃花过多时间探索技术创新。（最多一个星期学习）

建议做的

⁃了解不同场景的交易的潜在安全问题，并且找到应对方案

⁃了解交易所上币喜好，以及评估自己的风险偏好。

⁃了解除了交易以外的其他赚钱的方式：fa、撸毛、kol、交易所分佣等，并评估自身能力是否符合该领域要求。

⁃多在家里做做家务，这对你亏钱后的待遇有一点帮助

创业大神

不建议做的：

⁃以为web3 是区块链+；花点时间学习web3 native 内容（这里可以看我第一篇好奇宝宝怎么学习）

⁃过长的toC产品开发过程，web3 迭代快，很多时候不值得先花过多时间在开发产品上

⁃低估行业的混圈需求，这个行业是人情世故推进的，不是技术推进的

建议做的：

⁃混迹各种社区，感受文��。自己做的产品是卖给谁。

⁃不要高估自己的创业想法，不要当这个行业别的人都是傻子，就你想出来一个天衣无缝的idea，别人不做肯定是有原因的，是不是背后有着更难突破的难点，把这些难点找出来。

⁃判断清楚自己做项目的目的，要钱还是要名，兼得只能靠运气。要钱的话，这个行业很多灰色地带，建议找一些成功退出项目的聊聊，可以上twitter space去听，有时候也会有第三方透点这部分信息。或者多认识行业朋友，总能认识到。要名的话，就要考虑清楚自己的受众是谁，打磨好产品，我不觉得一个月内快速进圈能做到，所以尽可能花时间混社区是最好的做法，这里推荐大家什么社区都要去，中美的、项目方的、kol的，只要能增加你对web3 目前用户理解的社区都非常值得进去学习。

⁃混圈混圈混圈。作为创业的人，这个不做等于白干，这个行业太多事情是可以靠人际关系解决的，千万别小看了这部分的内容。（我也是今年才意识到重要性）。怎么混呢？简单，打开我的followers列表，在里面找到一些bio有挂着机构/项目方，或是个人信息的人，只要对你有学习帮助的就可以去私信问问，看看能不能链接成功。如果有什么希望连接的资源，我也可以免费帮忙，主要是多交行业朋友
