Okay I have recharged wrong number it's my fault but when I didn't receive the facility of any service why would I pay the full? Deduct some amount rest refund like railways do! And the most interesting fact is that the number which I have recharged it's inactive. So now say aren't they scammers?

I have accepted that I have wrongly done recharged .They denied to give refund as they don't have the provision.And the number on which the recharge is successful the number is out of service .@ViCustomerCare They are Certified Scammer Don't use VI sim.
