@PureGym your customer service is shocking. I just wanted to upgrade a fixed term 12 month contract so I could access multiple gyms but have been told I can’t upgrade or I have to wait until 2025?! It’s really poor.

@PureGym & yet it did! I upgraded the account to start from 2025 but the Direct Debit starts from May 2024!

In addition when I tried to upgrade it told me I can’t use this until 2025 then I get an email telling me you’re going to start taking direct debits from May 2024 even though I’ve paid for 12 months?! Come on guys - it’s dreadful

Don’t use @Difmark_com - bunch of cowboys playing fast and loose with a hilariously bad refunds policy. If you buy from these people you’re putting yourself at risk.
