@BethesdaStudios was Phil Spencer actually cucking the entire Microsoft portfolio? You're telling me this new lady pulls up and we get the first real communication from Bethesda in over a decade? You guys haven't even acknowledged ES6 in nearly 10 years lmao
Ossoff: Who won the 2020 election?
Clayton: I’m not going to get into that with you.
Ossoff: Isn't it humiliating to be unable to answer this question, to have to indulge the president's delusions?
@ThomasTheLib Good example of how power exaggerates historical significance. FDR was easily one of if not the best president of all time, whilst Trump and Jackson are among the worst.
@WilliamE1863@whodathomo The difference is that the founding generation were fighting actual tyranny. The confederacy was fighting for the right to keep other human beings in bondage.
When a Dem has credible allegations against him, he is forced to drop out by other Dems.
When a Republican has over a dozen credible allegations + Is proven in court to be a rapist + Is BFFs with the most infamous pedophile sex trafficker in the world, they make him president.
On this day, 250 years ago, the greatest nation on Earth was born. In the proceeding two and a half centuries, men fought and died for its ideals, so that we may reap the benefits of liberty. We will forever be in their debt. Happy birthday, America 🇺🇸.
“I know no North, no South, no East, no West”
- Henry Clay
This is very much my motto when it comes to American history. My love is not for any government or sectional interest, but for the story of the American people, however they are; whether north, south, east, or west.
The American people sailed the Mayflower, starved in Jamestown, made their respective choices between the Crown and independence, conquered the west, toiled in the cotton fields of the south, donned the blue or the grey, flocked to Ellis Island, and stormed the beaches of France.
They sacrificed, they bled, they triumphed. They had rogues and champions, monsters and heroes. They lied, they killed, and they conquered; but they also nourished, built, and above all else, hoped. They formed a nation unlike any other, for which I shall forever love them.
The American people took all different shapes: free and slave, tory and patriot, northerner and southerner, Protestant, Catholic, and Jew. They are all Americans, and I respect them all as such.
My love is for the people of America; past, present, and future; born to America or embracing it by choice. All played a role and sacrificed for their vision of America, whether they were correct or not.
They are the builders of my country, and I will always love them for that.
Happy Independence Day to all, and always remember the part YOU play in this marvelous story.
A man like Donald Trump winning the popular vote radicalized me against the concept of American democracy in general. I love America, but there are just far, far too many completely retarded bums who can vote for the system to produce any kind of decent leader in this day and age
