Our founder’s TEDx talk is LIVE | An invitation to anti-racism: Choosing responsibility over comfort
“This feels like a dream come true, the culmination of my life’s work and a representation of what I stand for and deeply believe in.
We would REALLY appreciate it if you would watch this and share it as far and wide as you feel comfortable to.
This conversation is hard, but it has never mattered more. We truly hope it means something to you.

Episode 30 is live!
It’s been a while since we released a podcast episode, but we are SO excited to drop this episode with the incredible @adanmayisa today.
What is ANTI-RACISM?
Anti-racism is the process of actively identifying and opposing racism. The goal of anti-racism is to challenge racism and actively change the policies, behaviours, and beliefs that perpetuate racist ideas and actions.
This work is HARD, but incredibly important. And here’s the thing: We all have work to do! We help you to figure out what your work and journey looks like and provide meaningful support along the way.
What is INCLUSION and why does it matter?
Inclusion is a FEELING.
When we feel genuinely included, we have the FREEDOM to show up as our REAL selves & not a version of ourselves. We are not forced to assimilate into a culture & way-of-being that we are not fully comfortable with.
Try to centre them in your experience. What does that feel like? What do you need to change?
Bloom specialises in journeying with our clients in working towards REAL inclusion in a tangiable way. That is always the goal. It is the WHY.
She’s back!
“I have never been more committed to building an inclusive, equitable society. Motherhood has changed everything for the better. She is my reason. I have a responsibility towards her to not give up on my vision and to keep on learning, unlearning and relearning.
We only have this one, wild and precious life. We have to make it count.”
- Bloom founder, Lidia Rauch
Bloom is running at full speed and super keen to work with YOU! If you are interested in actively working towards real inclusion, antiracism and/or reconciliation, let us know!
