Rai Benjamin had to overcome Covid and hamstring tendinitis this World Championship season. He used the pressure of defending home-field to catapult him to a World Championship Silver Medal when he wasn’t in tip-top shape. Never doubt Rai.
a clean score card is great. But at the same time, if I was a college coach out recruiting, I’m keeping an eye on those who can clear a 3rd attempt. It takes an incredible amount of maturity and mental strength to regroup and still get the job done. Those are your fighters.

Post-jump you'll see evaluation & processing strategies, as well as how to let go, and refocus on the next jump.
