@XfinitySupport How many people are going to continue to apologize for this unresolved issue before someone actually does something to correct it!?!? It's been a year!!

@XfinitySupport Why after an entire year has no one completed this unprofessional work!! Why is Xfinity requesting personal information to fix the problem created by subpar contractors? And multiple DMs has done nothing! This is unacceptable and unprofessional.

@XfinitySupport Been doing that since May with no results. We've been informed there's nothing that can be done unless someone is willing to provide their personal information. Why is that when the community didn't have to provide information to have the unprofessional work done?

@XfinitySupport The address closest to where this is located has been provided on numerous occasions, by different individuals. Because individuals do not wish to provide their personal information we're being told a ticket can't be opened! Absolutely absurd!
