Been enjoying playing around with @extendedapp

Some thoughts in no specific order
1) Interface is really nice I can see everything I want to see without scrolling around.
2) Leverage, liquidations thresholds, and fees seem really generous, degen paradise for leverage.
3) They have most of the pairs I want to see but dont add as fast as our supreme decentralized perp dex overlord (example $soph).
4) Should make market sell/buy the default and limit the toggle option. I keep trying to fire a long/short only to find out I put in a limit by default, not a big deal maybe personal preference.

Def worth checking out though. p.s. stop shorting $kaito you are ruining my funding fees.

Some memecoin space thoughts,

I’m building $Bailey on @base and yes it’s “just a memecoin” but it’s also a community and an incredibly versatile way to spread some joy.

In the last a little more than two weeks I have learned a few things about the memecoin space and building.

1) It is hard. Full stop. I have been in this space since 2017 and deep into defi for the last 4 years. Without the connections I have made over that time through being a generally interested and engaged market participant there is no way I would have gotten the project to the point we are at. Even with help there is simply no way to skip the hard work. Much love to all the early supporters who have helped get us off the ground. @BaseSwapDex @leviathan_news @AlfaDAO_

2) Reputation is more important than ever. Being anon in web3 it’s really all you got. You cant get buy on your parents name, the color of your skin, or your degrees. You really have to build relationships and trust from the ground up. I have always tried to uphold an attitude of doing good because it’s the right thing. As corny as it is people notice.

3) Success is a continuum. The worst thing you can do is benchmark yourself or your project to others. People are going to buy and sell, people are going to come in and out. You can’t take it personally and when it’s your time to shine giving your best effort is all that matters. Aka #respectthepump

4) There are more than one paths from point A to point B. I believe $Bailey has taken the most reputable and egalitarian path possible, it’s not the fastest but it’s the path for us.
