@LighthouseDPC @lukalsz @DrDiGiorgio Also it's not what I think a doctor is worth, worth is subjective. I think a $350k salary for a doctor a year is fair compensation and it's more than the current average. Obviously surgeons etc get paid more much like law partners get paid more.

@LighthouseDPC @lukalsz @DrDiGiorgio Lawyer comparison is not always valid because you have to talk scale. A doctor can see one patient at a time, a corporate lawyer is defending eg. META from a multi billion lawsuit. Some lawyers are success based, they don't get paid if they don't win

Obviously surgeons rate would go up.

@lukalsz @DrDiGiorgio Most hospitals are non profit and their margins are pretty slim. The reason they have 90% occupancy targets is because it costs money to have nurses and medical equipment just sitting around. If u pay $1m for an MRI machine do u want that to run once a day or 100 times a day?
