@boss_rob40473 I’ve just been notified by the control room that a dump truck has taken down the lines in that area. There are 4 broken pole unfortunately. Restoration will be sometime this afternoon unfortunately.

Power has been restored to all but 20 customers. Restoration for those remaining customers will be after 7:30 am.

Crews are currently responding to a second outage in the area of Rapids Parkway due due a dump truck making contact to the primary overhead wires. Our crews are on route. No ETA at this time.

The majority of customers from this unplanned outage have been restored. We are hoping the remaining customers will be restored within approximately 2 hours.

Partial restoration is complete but due to police investigation of the accident, the Heritage park sub-division will remain off until we can gain access to assess and make repairs. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We are currently experiencing a large unplanned outage affecting sections of South West Sarnia. The cause is a hit pole and downed wire.

Crews are on route to investigate the damage. No ETR is available at this time.
