What a day at the Omagh Half on Sunday, broke 90 mins for the first time on a brilliant course, couldn't recommend it enough. Coach @RyanSwfc @EastCoast_AC really helped me to believe in myself and smashed it... over the moon, chip time 1:29:36 🖤💛 #whatnext 😉
