PS: the patient is stable, they have a platelet condition, they were there for a scheduled transfusion. They should have more in the AM

The blood bank was out of plts today. RN calls and says she's got a critical plt of 17 for the pt we ordered for. I go "Yeah they don't have platelets" and she's like "I know, that's why I'm calling" and I go "No, lifeshare doesn't" we both got a laugh.
