In 1.5 years of my CEO role, I've barely met my CEO colleagues in the disability industry because many interpreters only want to do VRI. How can I build my networks and do my job effectively when the people I am forced to use (because no1 else can sign) won't do what I need?

@sarahlovesears Can I also just add: asking you if your AUDIOLOGIST approves? Like, saying that a (potentially) hearing person or a professional who is not you is in charge of your decisions?!
