JUST IN: Rep Ro Khanna has introduced a new reform plan that:

- bans stock trading for Congress + spouses
- bans ex Congress from lobbying Congress after
- 12 year limits for Congress
- ban donations from lobbyists + PACs

Ro has asked Biden to adopt the anticorruption plans.
