@AirbnbHelp My mistake it is now asking me to pass 8 yes eight audio test to get access to my account. WTF. Do you think this is even sane let alone acceptable??????
@Airbnb is it possible that AirBnB is giving its memebers the worst customer experience ever asking for them to answer 6 rebus puzzles to access their account? 6.
@AirbnbHelp Trying to log in to my account. It wants me to pass 6 (yes six) puzzles to pass security. I can't see any match in images. Tried the audio. 6 tests to match the sounds. Are you having a f'n laugh!!?? This is the worst in any site I know
@flyLAXairport So can I check: arriving on BA into LAX I should tell people picking us up to do so from Terminal B, and when dropping us off it should be at Terminal 4?
@FelicityBuchan I wrote to @josephpowell beforehand talking about how Up to 20% of his consituents affected eg older people and retirees who have lived in their terraced house for many years would be hardest hit. I see nothing on his feeds nor meetings about it We miss you!
@josephpowell@policylaila It would be great to get anyone other than Labour (or their extremist wing, the Greens) into Kens & Bays. Labour have been tax and spend again despite the promises. We need a business friendly government where MP's have commercial experience, like your predecessor and unlike you.
@josephpowell You are not going to be boosting MY living standards. My terraced house is a "mansion" according to Labour. I hear that 90% of my state pension will be taken by the new mansion tax. Do you actually care about the people in YOUR constituency who will be heavily hit by this? NO.
@British_Airways Spent about an hour on chat this morning trying to find an agent who could tell me: based on the flights already flown and those I have booked how many tier points will I have. No-one could figure it out. Without this, why book another to get tier status?
@British_Airways@balinoeblondie There are more ways to earn LESS points than with the executive club. Like fly on a partners airline and get half the % tier points needed to reach the next tier. @British_Airways has turned a simple loyalty progam into a complex combo of money, miles travelled, ex-tax, cabin ..
@British_Airways@JamesWh39046982 And Iberia offer the same benefits for every €1 spent, so nearly 20% better. It used to be that you could easily see how close you were to next tiers and what more you needed. Now, too difficult means it's not motivating.
@limebike why do you cap the number of illegally parked bikes I can report in one day to just 9? I can't walk between my house and the shops and fail to exceed this limit. There appears to be no limit to the number of illegally parked bikes, don't you want to hear about them?
@MAS@MAS I should have mentioned this was just one leg of a Business Class journey from LHR to NZ and back through SYD, so - loads of money spent for rubbish treatment
@MAS They may have been completed from your point of view but if you actually cared if your customers were happy, if you had looked after them properly instead of offering them bad alternatives, you would understand this is not over yet. Beware of @MAS
@MAS cancelled my flight from SYD to KL on 5th Nov. There's an indirect flight thru Melbourne advertised on their site 1 hour earlier. They won't let me take it. They offer 22:15 two days earlier! Beware! Once great airline has forgotten consumer law and customer service
@HMRCcustomers@HMRCcustomers Thanks Steve - 5 days trying to reach helpline, still trying to answer the automated questions correctly so I don't get dumped (4 times) and hoping to speak to someone (0 times - 4 hours)
@HMRCcustomers - 1 hour queuing to ask 2 questions: in "view your calculation" it says I need to pay an amount "on account" by 31/1. In 'My Account' online it says "you have nothing to pay" Which is it? If the latter, how do I make sure you know to credit the amount to 23/24 tax?
@HMRCcustomers the saga continues - day 5 of trying to get through to @HMRCgovuk Kicked off the call queue multiple times, none of the text surveys have reached me, and info texted hasn't arrived. Read that IR software came from #horizon@fujitsu_uk Doomed!
@HMRCcustomers@HMRCcustomers Steve these were fake numbers as this is an open forum. Imagine there were 3 zeros after the 7 or I meant 70%/30%. No, this is the first time I have been asked or heard of payments on account.
@HMRCcustomers@HMRCcustomers the *calculation* says I need to pay on account 23/24, the *statement* says I just need to pay what is owed for 22/23 (which I have paid). The online *at a glance* says I have nothing to pay.
@HMRCcustomers@HMRCcustomers Using fake numbers it says Pay £7 for 22/23 and pay £3 on account in Jan for 23/24. I paid the £7 for 22/23 last month. Now it says nothing more to pay. So >72hrs "0 to pay" not a match to the calculation page https://t.co/35V5tOIdOL
