As @SilviaMogas 🪐 said in her last keynote: “Trust is the new currency.”
That’s why brand and founder reputation matter more than ever in Web3.
People don’t trust faceless protocols.
They follow people, not products.
Your face, your energy, your vision,that’s what builds loyalty today.
The strongest Web3 projects are led by founders who are clear, consistent, and credible.
And that’s no coincidence.
At #BlockchainMarketingBoutique, we help founders:
✔ Craft narratives that people care about
✔ Align their story with their roadmap
✔ Build reputation that attracts deals, users, and attention
✔ Turn presence into strategic leverage
You don’t need to be everywhere.
You just need to show up right.

For a long time, animals have been part of my life.
I grew up around horses and dogs. Later, I volunteered in shelters in Spain and the UK. I also trained as a vet assistant when I was 17 years old, because I wanted to understand animals better, not just love them from the outside.
Then life took me into startups, marketing, capital markets and Web3.
But that part of me never disappeared.
In 2019, I started working in blockchain. Since then, I have been obsessed with one question:
How do we make this technology useful for real life?
→ Not only for traders.
→ Not only for protocols.
→ Not only for people already inside the industry.
But for everyday behavior. For communities. For causes people already care about.
That is the idea behind @HeyLoladotco Foundation.
A small initiative to help shelters and rescue dogs get more visibility through our platform, content, and community activations.
I will be presenting it next week during @ethconf NYC.
See you soon 🧡

The last few days in Miami have been a blast. 🌴
Good conversations, new faces, unexpected ideas, and that kind of energy that reminds me why I love being around builders.
Im still in #Miami for a couple more days, with an open agenda for coffees on Tuesday and Wednesday.
If you’re around and want to talk Web3, capital markets, partnerships, or whatever you are building, reach out.
Then I’ll be in #Washington D.C. from Thursday to Sunday.
Coffees, walks, city tours, conversations, I’m in!
And after that, #NYC for @ETHGlobal
See you on the road.
Building is important.
Loving the product is important too.
But sometimes the hardest part of startups is accepting that passion ≠ product-market fit.
The market decides what scales.
The best founders learn when to listen, adapt, and evolve without losing the vision.
Personal update: I've joined Anthropic. I think the next few years at the frontier of LLMs will be especially formative. I am very excited to join the team here and get back to R&D. I remain deeply passionate about education and plan to resume my work on it in time.
Overall, strong signal: marketing is becoming more precise, faster, and deeply tied to distribution.
This was just the first few days in Miami.
Today we start @consensus2026 by @CoinDesk Week.
See you around.
* Platforms are repositioning around intent. Companies like Reddit and Pinterest are leaning into their strength: high-intent audiences and contextual discovery.
* AI is now about execution, not theory.
The conversation has shifted. It’s less about “what AI can do” and more about how teams are using it daily:
* content production at scale
* performance optimisation
* real-time personalization
* Distribution is becoming the core strategy: The strongest teams are not starting with product. They start with audience, channels, and how attention is captured and sustained.
One thing I especially enjoyed was seeing how large brands are actually executing marketing today, how they think, how they activate, and how they translate strategy into real campaigns. It’s always different when you see it from the inside.
A few highlights and takeaways: 🧵
For those who don’t know it yet, POSSIBLE is becoming one of the key gatherings for marketers, media leaders, and tech operators. It brings together decision-makers across brands, agencies, and platforms to explore what’s next in the industry.
Last week I was invited to attend #POSSIBLE with @BMBweb3 for the first time.
I had a great time meeting teams from @Reddit, @Pinterest, @Google, @femalequotient, @Mastercard , @TheKeenfolks many others shaping the future of marketing. I also joined a few side events across Miami, which honestly is where a lot of the real conversations happen.
