I also provide workouts, talk nutrition, supplements, hormones, freaking everything. Come for the fitness, stay for the finance, faith, family and friendship chats.
I do all this for $20 a month. Laughable honestly. Literally could not be easier. Oh, there’s two other personal trainers in the group too. One is a founder, the other is a chapter owner (and gym owner) up in Ohio. You have access to all of us, 24/7. Any fitness question you ever had, ask away, all day long. We just want to see and help men get BETTER.
