The boys got down 2-0, but like I’ve said before, they don’t quit and we got back in it w/ goals by Davies and Lopes, McCourt w/2 assists. Olson was HUGE replacing Aidan in net with fantastic saves. Just couldn’t finish them off. Final 4-2 loss to WCS. @BMRathletics @tgsports

HEART. That’s what this team possesses. EFFORT. That’s what this team gives. Fell short in our final game of the season 2-1 vs WCS. McMann with a beautiful PK to keep us in it, McCourt with a few HUGE saves down the stretch to keep it close. Thank You SENIORS!!!

[BMR Boys Soccer @BMRSoccer]

Boys came out strong taking an early lead vs WCS on a beautiful goal from McCarthy and assist McMann. WCS poured on the attack in the final 20 minutes, McCourt tallied 16 saves but wasn’t enough as the boys fell to Whitinsville 4-1. Proud of the team effort today.

Boys worked their tails off today in the loss Hopedale. Huge shout out to Olson for stepping in to play keeper today and he didn’t disappoint with a strong, gritty game in net. Not the result we wanted but we get back to work and continue to improve everyday.

Boys lost a tough one today BMR 1, BVT 2. For BMR, Seffernick w/assist, Lopes w/ 1st varsity goal. McCourt in net recorded 18 saves to keep the chargers in the game down the stretch. Tremendous leadership by captains McMann, McCarthy, and Hatjopoulos.

@tgsports @BMRathletics Aidan McCourt...thanks for updating this!!

[BMR Boys Soccer @BMRSoccer]

Great teamwork today as the boys played to a 0-0 draw at BVT. McCourt had 2 big saves (one was a pk) in the final 15 minutes. Outstanding team defending from Zeke, Tyler, Lukas, Jaime, and Ian to shut down BVT’s late game push. Great leadership from our 3 captains as always!
