DCI Fraternity Mourns the Passing of Mr. Lazarus Opicho, SS, HSC, ndc(K), S/AIG
The Director of Criminal Investigations, Mr. Mohamed I. Amin, CBS, OGW, ndc(K), has learnt with profound sorrow and a deep sense of loss of the passing of Mr. Lazarus Opicho Commandant, Security of Government Buildings and VIP Protection Unit.
On behalf of the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) and the entire DCI fraternity, the Director DCI extends heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family, relatives, friends, colleagues, and the Administration Police Service (APS) fraternity during this difficult and painful period.
The loss of a dedicated public servant and colleague is deeply felt across the National Police Service family. We stand with the bereaved family in solidarity, offering our thoughts, prayers and support as they navigate this difficult moment.
May the Almighty God grant the family, friends, colleagues and the entire National Police Service fraternity strength, courage and comfort during this time of grief.
