Our surgeries are supporting ‘Know Your Numbers Week’, 4 – 10 September. High blood pressure is a leading cause of heart attacks, strokes and other diseases, but it can be prevented and treated if you know your numbers. Pop into your GP surgery and ask to have your BP checked.
It looks like we're going to finally be having some sunshine this week for the first week of September. As much as we've probably all been dreaming of some summer sun, please do be careful in the heat. Wear sunscreen, avoid the hottest part of the day, and stay hydrated!
