A lot of people may be finding it hard to keep up a routine of doing any physio exercises you have been given, if you need to talk through we are still available remotely and happy to run through via video call. Please get in touch on 01189 767189 or [email protected]
Try these stretches at home they are a great way to relieve any neck pain and tension you may have.
Perform each move slowly and smoothly, and breathe deeply and regularly. For best results, try to do this routine at least once a day.

The more knowledge you have about your injury the faster to recovery and prevention of it happening again. How did the injury happen, will it need treatment, can I still exercise, will there be any long term issues?
What to do when you have an injury: Get assessed! If you are injured you need to to find out what the problem is. Don’t wait around for the injury to get worse and cause long term problems. Understand what the problem is, what damage has been caused and what action.
This week we want to run through what to do when you have an injury, even more so with the current guidelines to stay home. We will cover off why to Get Assessed, Understand the Injury, Learn what to do over the next few days.
