@LloydsBank Yes, how many complaints do I raise? 1. unclear info of no guarantee safe delivery of my money.
2. Cutting me off many times
3. Passing me to the complaints team, who didn’t call me back.
4. being told you can’t help me anymore.
5. The advisor calling me the wrong Asian name!

@LloydsBank Just got off the phone from international payments line for them to tell me they can’t send anymore chaser messages! basically @lloydsbank have “lost” my money and is now refusing to help! Going forward I’ll keep my money under my mattress.
