Hold my beer... ;)

Looks like I have enough resources to build my #VXLAN lab 👀😎

[Bob Sorace @BobAtKey]

@danieldibswe My strategy is keep learning, cert when you need to, for re-cert, requirements, or new opportunity. YMMV.

[Bob Sorace @BobAtKey]

@mythryll I agree with your frustration. Seems to me the exams (the ones I’ve taken recently) were obviously translated (poorly) from another language. Could def benefit from better editing. And you didn’t fail-you were simply invited to re-test. Hang in...

[Bob Sorace @BobAtKey]

@ccieby30 Provided my math is correct (done quickly in my head) Including travel time:
The $90K/ year job works out to $40.72/hr.
The $120K a year job works out to $38.48/hr.

[Bob Sorace @BobAtKey]

@danieldibswe @GjermundRaaen Some of the exams of late have also been extremely poorly edited, IMHO. I’ve seen obviously translated questions like ... “You are for to being want make fast network go. What you will use?”

After overcoming disbelief, decided not to invest time, picked an answer, moved on.

[Bob Sorace @BobAtKey]

@JTNetApp @amyengineer It’s a legitimate strategy...

[Bob Sorace @BobAtKey]

@showipintbri I see you and raise you... 😂😂😂

[Bob Sorace @BobAtKey]

@crankynetman @showipintbri My take... exam questions should be challenging but fair. Anything I can Google in 2 seconds is not a good exam question unless it’s something that I would need to know in an offline disaster situation to recover an environment. #experience #LabEveryday @LearningatCisco

[Bob Sorace @BobAtKey]

@showipintbri Work smarter, not harder... 😉💙🦄

[Bob Sorace @BobAtKey]

@OrhanErgunCCDE

[Bob Sorace @BobAtKey]

@Data_Knox Love. This.

[Bob Sorace @BobAtKey]

@showipintbri Nobody EVER asks me what my GPAs were (3.97, 4.0 for the record), but I’m ALWAYS asked what I can do. Even money bet says your CCIE is worth twice whatever he’s got. Don’t feed the trolls.

[Bob Sorace @BobAtKey]

@SCVSHERIFF There’s legal street racing? 🤔

[Bob Sorace @BobAtKey]

Success! @JuniperNetworks Mist wireless access point deployed and in service. Loving it!! #marvis @ConvergeTSC @_KeyInfo_ #LabEveryday #earnedit #cantstopwontstop #playitcuzyouloveit

[Bob Sorace @BobAtKey]

@showipintbri I just deployed vEOS in my home lab. Don’t know about the fan noise or power draw. I just upgraded a 2950S to a 3750X PoE and OUCH!!!

[Bob Sorace @BobAtKey]

@kmcnam1 I shudder to think how much Mary Kay product had to be sold to get the Mercedes. Someone in my Stepford community has the Cadillac. 🤦‍♂️💙🦄

[Bob Sorace @BobAtKey]

@labeveryday Congrats!! Working on this myself. #earnedit #labeveryday #cantstopwontstop 💙🦄
