@cbseveningnews Cutting through the mindless clutter of obfuscation that is spread by our current government might be considered a high point in social benefit. Wear masks, please!
@cbseveningnews Wouldn't it be a positive image if news anchors would wear face masks regardless of their proximity to others? Is it not your mission to diffuse information, or to distribute facts, for the benefit of your readers in ways that we can incorporate into daily lives?
@starbucksgold Do you really want to discourage that with negative brand messaging? Do you really need to discriminate against my class of customer (apparently the low-volume segment) to avoid doling out a free coffee now and then?
@starbucksgold After all, each time that I do bring a client in for a meeting over coffee, I am tacitly helping to grow your brand narrative. Perhaps not as often as you would like, but it still adds to your bottom line in some small way, doesn’t it?
As a customer I see that my customer relationship is of little value to you, and that message is repeated to me each time I get one of these messages. As a marketing person, it seems to me that you might want to rethink this “expiration of stars” policy.
@starbucksgold Every time you send me a notice that some of my points are expiring, it seems like you are telling me what a poor customer I am. It is a real downer because I can collect 125+ stars only to have my balance decline again before I have a chance to redeem them.
