Per the U.S. Constitution, abortion is decided by each state. Trump supports this view. What is the problem?
"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."
Kelly, a Texas real estate license holder, testified at a Frisco City Council meeting about widespread housing and employment abuses tied to immigrants from India.
She described a system where Indian applicants qualify for apartments but vanish after approval, with friends or others taking keys and the original leaseholder returning to India, bypassing standard background checks and creating fair housing violations that could trigger MASSIVE lawsuits!
Once units go to Indian tenants, they sublease internally via Indian Facebook groups and apps, excluding all other races and nationalities. Fake tech companies hire entry-level H1Bs, pay for 10 apartments at a time, and supply groceries, while Americans lose jobs to these replacements and face evictions that block renting for 4-7 years!
I am proud to be teaming up with Karen Bass' brother in suing his sister for her reckless negligence that led to the destruction of our homes. I hope their Thanksgiving dinner isn't too awks. I know ours hasn't been the same since last year...
It’s illegal to bring in even one plant because it might “disrupt the ecosystem”… but importing millions from the third world is supposed to strengthen our country?
It's another harvest of the seeds down by Barack Obama and his ilk. They methodically picked at every scab, stoked every ember of hatred and distrust across every line - real or imagined - that separates one human from another. This is the fruit of their tree. Do you know him now?
Businesses need to relearn proper phone etiquette:
If you're calling me, and I don't expect your call, it is proper to announce yourself, what company you're with, and why you are calling after I pick up the phone and say "hello."
Asking "Is this Peter?" as the first thing you say is NOT proper etiquette. I will hang up on you, even if we've spoken before.
I'm over your rudeness. Enough is enough.
Whenever I speak out about the sin of homosexuality, one of the objections that gets brought up is this:
“You should get your own house in order. The church is filled with sexual abuse. Pastors are predators.”
Well, let’s start here.
Sexual abuse, whether it happens in a church, by a pastor, by two men who adopt children, by a schoolteacher, or anywhere else, is wicked.
Every pastor who abuses a child should be exposed, removed, prosecuted, and never allowed near the flock again. And I would argue that sexual assault should result in the death penalty.
But let’s also be honest about what we are talking about.
Data is hard to come by on the exact numbers. There is not a clean national database that says, “Here is every U.S. pastor who sexually abused a child in the last ten years.”
But we can estimate from several different sources.
There are about 370,000 religious congregations in the United States. There are also roughly 474,000 people in the U.S. clergy workforce.
Reports of abuse connected to churches are often not focused only on pastors or clergy. They can include church staff, volunteers, congregation members, or others connected to a church.
But for the sake of argument, let’s use one older estimate that says there are roughly 260 reports per year involving abuse of minors connected to Protestant churches. Again, that is not only pastors. It includes clergy, staff, volunteers, and congregation members.
If you compare 260 reports per year to 370,000 congregations, that equals about 0.07% of congregations per year.
If you take ten years of those reports, that would be about 2,600 reports. And if we treated every single one of those reports as though it involved clergy, even though the data does not say that, it would equal about 0.55% of the U.S. clergy workforce over ten years.
That does not mean the real cases are not wicked.
They are wicked.
They are horrible.
They should be exposed and dealt with severely.
But it does mean the claim that “the church is filled with predators” is not an honest use of the data.
Compared to hundreds of thousands of churches and hundreds of thousands of clergy, the percentage is very small.
And even if the percentage were much larger, it still would not change what God says about homosexuality.
The sins of pastors do not repeal the law of God.
A pastor who abuses a child is wicked.
A church that covers it up is wicked.
A society that celebrates sexual perversion is wicked.
And we can say all of those things at the same time.
Californians used to say things like "San Francisco isn't real California." Texans with Austin, Coloradans with Denver too.
Now Idahoans, Utahns, and Montanans are trying to wish away Boise, SLC, Bozeman, etc. It doesn't work. Those cities have to be subdued— not ignored.
The Venn diagram between people who think you should get fired for using the R word and people who think you should be able to euthanize your child if it has Down syndrome is almost a circle
As a lesbian woman, I fucking hate Pride Month with every fiber of my being.
It makes us look like absolute shit.
The entire LGB has been hijacked by groomers, men in cheap wigs with toilet-paper tits, freaks duct-taping their peanuts to their asses, pedophiles, fetish weirdos and every other kind of gross filth parading down the street.
Real gay, lesbian, and bisexual people want NOTHING to do with this circus.
We just want to be left the fuck alone. The LGB community condemns these degenerates and every organization pandering to them.
Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk. 🖕
Wow. The editorial board of the Globe & Mail just flat out admitted that it screwed up by failing to scrutinize the false 2021 claims that “unmarked graves” had been “confirmed” at Kamloops. It’s taken five years, which is a disgrace, but give them credit for finally saying it
