Be true to yourself.
It’s ok to mimic someone else's business or use the same ideologies as a successful person. But just know that your journey is going to be different than you imagined. Stay the course, and never run a business based on how someone else would do it.
It can be intimidating to see other people succeed.
When I was in Chicago and thinking about starting a company, I met everyone I could. I asked about their ideas, their companies, their vision, etc.
They doubt themselves too.
The doubt never goes away! Of course, I have more confidence than I did, but I 100% thought my doubt would go away once I reached a certain point. It didn’t.
