@onuss_ Olivia, what happens beyond 2035? Isn’t it basically inevitable to figure out where we are headed beyond ‘damages paid’? We have to get this right now, and simply use this settlement as ‘the springboard’. Agree, we have to come to agreement on terms, law, and rules (CSC/NCAA?).

@deptulahasrage Have to go back to allow only one transfer per five years of eligibility. It’s the underlying problem and the one that runs counterintuitive to amateurism.

NIL becomes the leverage point; but could be controlled if not for the basic free agency that’s occurring. D1 dropouts ⬆️

@WinterSportsLaw You should open portal for 2 weeks post CFP, then allow Football players the opportunity to test the free agency market/return if they want/get cut. 1 time IMO years 1-3. Allow 30 day eval period. Then close it. 6 wk ‘transfer period’. Put the GMs to work, roster management!

@QualkTalk Spitting on another human is repulsive and deserving of suspension. Similar to Roberto Alomar incident in the MLB. But Dak is not irreprensible. His eyes were on Jalen Carter when he spit in his direction, IMO. Regardless, I assume Carter felt disrespected.
