@TMobileHelp This is a cookie cutter message all - they’re sending it to everyone. Trust me, they do not care. I’ve already set up a switch with a week prior to my next bill so I leave clean and don’t give them any money. This is the only way you hurt them and it’s long overdue.
@TMobileHelp Who at your company thought it would be a good idea to continue to market a price guarantee? I was sold my plan on “we’ll never raise your bill, ever”. Yet, here we’re are for the second time. So tell me, what exactly is price lock guarantee supposed to mean?
